It’s a simple question and very easy to answer in a number of ways
1) You never run out of filtered chilled water
2) You can decide exactly which minerals you want to filter from your water and to what extent
3) you dont need to pay costly quarterly sanisations. With our rental package this is free of charge or if you wish to purchase we provide detailed information on how to change the filter and the average filter cost is £25
4) Our top of the range cooler ” The Enki ” costs just £8.50 per week all inclusive as apposed to the typical basic bottom of the line bottled water cooler which would cost at least three times that in an office of 10 people.
5) We now offer a sparling water cooler. This option is gaining in popularity all the time and is extremly refreshing( We have even designed our own carbonated bottle to fit inside the cooler).
If any of the reasons above appeal to you please give us a call on 08455004455 or use the contact form .

If your mains fed water cooler seems to have a problem, you may not want to call a repair company at all times. If you are familiar with your cooler you might be able to fix the problem yourself, because most of the time the problems that occur are not that serious. Strange water taste, temperature problems and blocked spouts are the most common water cooler problems. Here is how you can fix them yourself.
- Problems getting hot or cold water. Plug off the cooler form the electricity and check out the coils. If they are clogged, clean them.
- Water freezing or not cold enough. This might call for a cooler reset. Drain a few cups of hot and cold water and then turn off all the switches on the back of the device. Unplug from electricity and wait 24 hours. Plug it back in, turn on the switches and wait 5 more hours before trying the water.
- Strange tasting water. If the water has a weird taste – you have to clean the cooler and the dispenser. The mildew and algae might be growing inside and polluting the fresh taste of your water. Sanitize those parts.
- Out of cold water. If the cooler stops producing cold water altogether, the Freon might be out. Check the levels and if it is out them you have to call a company.
Take good care of your mains fed water cooler and it will serve you a long time.

We are always in contact with our faithful customers and here is what one of them shared about mains fed water coolers. We received a letter from one of our new customers, Mrs. J, and she wanted to thank us for the great service and for the amazing device the water cooler is. She reveals that she was trying to persuade her husband for years to buy a cooler. She was convinced that this device will change their way of drinking water. Unfortunately her husband was very sceptical and was sticking to bottled water. The family were buying bottled water for years. Mrs. J was constantly complaining about all the space the pallets of water were taking up, all the empty bottles, filling up garbage bags and one day she went to the store and changed it all. She knew that she had to convince her husband somehow and she bought a faucet water filter. Her husband was not happy and initially did not even want to install the faucet filter. He told her that there was no way the water will taste good, even if the filter takes out the bad stuff from it. A minute later it all changed. When Mrs. J poured him the first glass, he realized that the water tasted just fine. Soon after he was the one who suggested they buy a water cooler. He wanted to have clean, chilled water all the time without actually having to pay for the water itself.
Mrs. J told us that mains fed water coolers changed the way her family drinks water now.

If you run a day care, it is a good idea to install a mains fed water cooler. You will have a lot of children around and you will need plenty of clean drinking water. You cannot afford to buy bottled water, because at the end of the month you will find yourself spending a lot of money on that. Why not take advantage of the wonderful device the water coolers is and save money and space. The water cooler will be using the mainstream, which means free water at all times. It will filter the water and you can be sure that the kids in the day-care will be drinking safe water. Plus, there will be no plastic clutter everywhere. You can teach the children how to fill their water cups from the cooler. It is a good idea to get a cooler with cold and room temperature handles, so the children won’t touch the hot button. Or you can get a cooler with hot/cold option and install it where the kids will not have access to it. You can then easily fix them a hot cocoa or a hot tea. If you are running a day care you will need to provide clean drinkable water by law and the water coolers are a great idea. You will need the filters replaced probably twice a year and we will do all that for you.

There have been a lot of publications lately about the chemical BPA that is contained in plastic and many people have switched to plumbed in water coolers for that reason.
What is BPA? This is a chemical that is used in a lot of packaging that contain beverages and food. Like plastic bottles, food containers, baby food containers, baby bottles, and plastic dinnerware. Nearly all canned food contain BPA chemical in the inner lining of the can. There have been many controversial reports on the risks BPA poses on humans. Some government health organizations report that there is no major risks from BPA. But then other, non-profit organizations claim that major facts about the BPA concerning human health are not revealed to the public. The biggest one of which is that BPA makes the human body produce the female hormone estrogens. This leads to breast cancer. The estrogens also has a negative influence on a growing fetus and infants. Plastic bottles left in a hot car are believed to increase those risks, because the heat makes the plastic leak those harmful chemicals into the drinks or food. Same goes if you heat up the plastic containers with food or the plastic baby bottles.
Many people prefer to avoid that risk and switch to water coolers. They feel safer. If you cannot decide which theory about BPA to believe, we recommend you install plumbed in water coolers in your house – just to be on the safe side.

A mains fed water cooler is a great idea for a dorm. If your child does not have a cooler in the dorm hallway, you should ask if it is possible to

Water Cooler for the Dorm
install one in his room. This is an investment in his health and it will also save you money for the years to come. Pupils usually spend all the university or college years in the same dorm, so a plumbed in cooler is a great idea. Your child will have an infinite water supply, he will not have to buy bottles of water, and ultimately, you will not be spending your money on water. This is a great investment. It is cleaner, better and cheaper. His roommates will also benefit from that and you can even ask their parents if they would like to chip in. You will have two options – buying the cooler and renting it. Renting is probably the smart choice, because you do not want to end up with an extra cooler in case your child moves to an apartment that already has one. You will never be worried if your kid drinks enough water or he just drinks carbonated drinks. The cooler will stand in the room and remind of itself all the time. At each party your kid is going to have in his dorm room, the mains fed cooler is going to play key role too – it will keep the students hydrated and they won’t have to spend their money on water.
